ICT Support Technician – permanent
Grade C, (£13,284 - £14,497 – actual salary)
We require an energetic, enthusiastic and focused colleague to join a small team of ICT Support Technicians.  You will work in a very busy and demanding environment, be able to foresee and resolve problems and to meet tight deadlines.  You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.  

Candidates must have some experience in Windows XP/Vista/7, Microsoft Office and hardware trouble-shooting (PC’s/laptops), replacement and repair.  Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory and Group Policies is desirable.
